Do you test native mobile apps, mobile web, or both?
Both, depending on what your product ships. We scope the test matrix to match your actual supported platforms.
How do you decide which browsers and devices to cover?
Based on your real usage data where available, or a sensible default matrix of current major browsers and common device sizes when analytics aren’t available yet.
Can API testing be done independently of the frontend?
Yes. We test APIs directly against their contracts (requests, responses, status codes, error handling) rather than relying solely on what’s visible through the UI.
Is database testing the same as performance testing the database?
No. Performance testing measures how the system behaves under load. Database testing focuses on correctness: whether data is stored, related, migrated, and retrieved as expected.
Do you need direct database access?
Usually yes, for meaningful database testing. Access can be limited to a staging or test environment with agreed controls.
