The problem

SAP is where money, stock, and payroll often live. A transport that “only changed a report” can break a posting, a role, or an interface. Users meet that as a transaction that errors, a document that posts to the wrong account, or a file that never left the middleware.

SAP testing services are QA on the processes you run on SAP — not a claim that we implement S/4HANA or run your Basis landscape.

What this page will not claim

• An SAP partnership, Gold/Silver badge, or “certified on every module”
• That we migrate you to S/4, sell licences, or replace your SAP SI
• Invented module coverage (FI, MM, SD, HCM, EWM…) unless you name the process
• That we hold your production keys

• A transport that passes in DEV and fails the business process in UAT
• Role changes that hide a transaction or open one that should stay closed
• IDoc / API / file interfaces that drop or duplicate
• A cutover weekend with no written regression list

What we test

• Named end-to-end processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and the ones you actually run)
• Transactions and Fiori apps in scope, with the roles that use them
• Integrations that touch SAP, when we have a non-production system
• Regression after a transport, support pack, or interface change

Our approach

1. Name the system (ECC, S/4, or other), the client, and the processes
2. Get roles that match real users — not only SAP_ALL
3. Execute in a quality or pre-prod system you control
4. Log the transaction, the document number, and the expected posting or status
5. Re-run the list after the next transport

We need access you can revoke. We do not invent a “zero-defect go-live.”

• Process-level cases for the scope you agreed
• Defects with transaction, user, and evidence
• A written residual-risk note: what was not in the cycle

No.

Do you test S/4HANA migrations?

We can test the processes you name in the target system. We do not run the migration project.

Can you test without a functional consultant on your side?

We need a counterpart who can say “this posting is wrong.” We will not guess your chart of accounts.
