Mobile App Testing Services

Functional testing for iOS and Android apps — native, hybrid, or mobile web — on the devices and OS versions you actually ship.

The problem

A mobile app fails in ways a desktop browser never will. A permission dialog never returns. An OS update changes a WebView. A store build is not the build you tested. “We checked it on the office iPhone” is not mobile app testing services.

This page is the mobile surface. Web application testing is the browser product. If you ship both, you need both — they do not substitute.

What’s at risk without it

  • Broken install, update, or first-run paths
  • Permission and OS-dialog failures (camera, notifications, tracking, files)
  • iOS vs Android behaviour that only appears on a real device
  • Keyboard, notch, and background/foreground state bugs
  • A hotfix that never made it into the store build you thought you tested

What we test

  • Native and hybrid apps on iOS and Android, and mobile web when that is the product
  • Sign-in, payments, and other critical journeys on a named device / OS matrix
  • Permissions, app backgrounding, poor network, and interrupted flows
  • Deep links and push-driven entry (when you have them)
  • Upgrade from the previous store version when you can provide that build

We do not claim a lab of every device ever sold. We use a matrix you agree: your analytics top devices, plus one older OS you still support. Emulators are useful for some checks. Store-blocking defects usually need a real device.

Parent hub: web, mobile, API, and database.

Our approach

  1. Confirm what you ship: native, hybrid, Flutter/RN, or mobile web
  2. Set the device and OS matrix (short, named, dated)
  3. Write cases for journeys plus mobile-only states (permission deny, background, offline)
  4. Execute, log with device, OS, and build number
  5. Re-test on the failing device after the fix

Deliverables

  • Device/OS matrix and execution log
  • Defects with device evidence
  • Notes on what was emulator-only vs device

Suitable for

Teams shipping an iOS or Android app, or a mobile-first web app, who need functional coverage before a store or web release.

FAQs

Do you test native apps, mobile web, or both?

Whichever you ship. The matrix matches the binary or URL you give us.

Do you need TestFlight / Play internal testing access?

Yes, or an equivalent signed build. We cannot test a store listing screenshot.

Is this performance testing on mobile?

No. Jank and battery under load belong with performance and reliability if you scope that separately.

Do you use Appium?

When automation on a real device or emulator is in scope, yes. See Appium mobile testing. This page is still the functional mobile service.
