MarqueeFlow is not publicly available. This page describes intended direction for party rental operators. It is not a feature tour of a shipping app, and it is not a comparison chart against unnamed “top 10 party software” lists.

The party-hire job

Party rental businesses turn inventory fast. A bounce house, a marquee, chairs, and a lighting package are not abstract “events” — they are Saturday jobs with a name, a phone number, and a delivery window. When that sits in a notebook plus a Facebook inbox, the failure mode is a double-booked Saturday, not a missing KPI dashboard.

Who it is for

Party rental and event hire operators who need organized booking, customer, and schedule management — especially on a phone. Size is not a claim. We have not invented a “perfect for 50-person teams” segment.

No claim of online checkout, automated contracts, route optimization, or a consumer marketplace. Those are different products.

How it is intended to work

Log the booking and the customer. Attach the package and the date. See the schedule before you say yes to the next enquiry. That is the loop. Spreadsheets can do a version of it until two people edit two copies.

How is this different from the event rental page?

Same product. This page is for party hire operators — weekend turns, packages, repeat customers. The event rental page is the broader hire job. Tent rental is the same product for tent and marquee inventory.

Does MarqueeFlow take deposits or run a shopfront?

We have not claimed payments, deposits, or a customer-facing shop. Planned work is bookings, customers, pricing and packages, schedules, and a mobile operations workflow.
