A dedicated QA team is a seat, not a black-box cycle. The same people learn the product. That is the point. It costs continuity, not a slogan.
Do not buy this model to answer “what is untested?” That is an audit. Do not buy it if you only need two weeks around a launch — that is QA as a service.
